Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 16, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how CP Digital Office Solutions (“CP Digital”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the websites we operate, including cpdos.com and copyproducts.com, and any other website we operate that links to this policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They can be set by us (first-party cookies) or by a service we use (third-party cookies). Similar technologies such as pixels, local storage and JavaScript tags work the same way and are covered by this policy.

Your choice comes first

When you first visit one of our websites, a cookie banner asks for your choice. Nothing but strictly necessary cookies runs until you accept. We use Google Consent Mode v2, and analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation are all set to denied by default. The Google Analytics script is not downloaded at all unless you switch analytics on.

We also honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser or extension sends GPC, we treat it as a rejection of non-essential cookies and do not load analytics.

Categories of cookies we use

1. Strictly necessary (always active)

These cookies are required for the website to work and cannot be switched off. They deliver pages, keep the site secure, allow you to submit a form and remember your cookie choice.

Cookie Set by Purpose Duration
cpdos_consent CP Digital (first party) Stores your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every page. 12 months
wordpress_*, wp-settings-* WordPress (first party) Set only for logged-in site administrators, for authentication and admin preferences. Session to 1 year
kinsta* cache cookies Kinsta (hosting, first party) Page caching and load balancing so pages load quickly. Session

2. Analytics (off until you accept)

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google LLC, to measure how our websites are used. We operate the following GA4 measurement IDs:

  • G-FHPM1KHZ2D
  • G-E3JNC05XS5

Purpose: site usage and traffic measurement – which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and how the site performs – so that we can improve the content and the experience. We do not use these properties for advertising, remarketing or profiling.

Data collected when you accept: pages viewed and the time of the visit, referring website or campaign, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address (typically city or region level), device and browser type, screen size, language, operating system, and a randomly generated identifier stored in the cookies listed below.

What we deliberately do not send: we strip search terms and form values out of the page addresses reported to Google, so names, e-mail addresses and phone numbers typed into our site search or our forms are not passed to Google Analytics. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are switched off on these properties, and advertising storage stays denied even if you accept analytics.

Cookie Set by Purpose Duration
_ga Google Analytics Distinguishes one browser from another so visits can be counted. Up to 2 years
_ga_<container-id> Google Analytics Keeps session state for the GA4 property. Up to 2 years
_gid Google Analytics Distinguishes browsers for short-term reporting. 24 hours
_gat Google Analytics Limits the rate of requests sent to Google. 1 minute

Google acts as our data processor for this measurement. For details of how Google handles the data, see Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from sites that use its services. You can also install Google’s browser opt-out add-on.

3. Advertising and personalisation

We do not run advertising, remarketing or personalisation tags on these websites. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied at all times under Consent Mode v2, whatever you choose in the banner.

Other third-party services on our pages

The following services are needed for the site to display correctly. They do not set advertising cookies, but they do receive your IP address because your browser requests files from them:

  • Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) – web typography.
  • Font Awesome (kit.fontawesome.com) – interface icons.
  • Kinsta – hosting and content delivery for the website itself.
  • Contact Form 7 – processes the details you choose to submit through our forms, including the “Schedule a Call” form. Form contents are sent to CP Digital by e-mail and are not shared with Google Analytics.

Changing your choice

You can change your mind at any time:

  • Use the Cookie preferences button on the site, or the button below.
  • Use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link to opt out of analytics and any sharing.
  • Delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
